the central station, service and administrative operations.
We pride ourselves in providing our customers professional installation and technical support services. As part of that commitment, we feel that having full control of the central station is a must.
Maintaining our own monitoring facility allows our technical support staff to program, test and verify your system before it leaves or shop. Technicians are provided with a printout of not only the account data and zoning information, but also of the transmission record to verify that the data sent after the job is completed matches the test data.
